History: Developed in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Academy

The Fraunhofer Academy is the continuing education institution of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. Founded in 2006, its mission is to advance the transfer of knowledge from Fraunhofer research into the business sector. Through its training programs, the Fraunhofer Academy delivers cutting-edge research knowledge and competencies from the Fraunhofer Institutes directly to companies - supporting the best possible qualification of employees. Because applied research only becomes meaningful when new scientific insights lead to innovation in business - and that is what keeps companies competitive in the global market.

With contributions from Fraunhofer experts from across Germany
